Study Island is a great way to practice the skills that we are working on in class. Study Island can be used at school and also at home. Students get a new Study Island Math assignment every time the class has computer lab. These assignments reinforce the skills that we are currently working on in class. Whatever part of the assignment that is not completed in the computer lab can be done at school in homeroom or supervised study time, or students can work on the assignment at home. The students have until the next time we visit the computer lab to finish each assignment. The Study Island Assignments are graded; to get points, students need to accumulate blue ribbons for the topics assigned.
